The pattern I use is approx. 11 1/4" along the long edge, 2 1/2" along the waist edge, 3 1/4" along the hem edge, and 8" along the inseam. This was designed to fit the Blue Fairy Tiny Fairy boys. Lay the pattern piece down with the long edge on the fold of the fabric. Cut two on fold. The shirt pattern I used was from UndeadThreads.com and is the MSD shirt with the 1" square sized to 1.1"
